Providing there is availability, Standby Seats, must be paid  in advance in order to ensure your seat. In the event that the seat is not available for your desired class, transfer to another class or full refund shall be available. However, if your Standby status has been confirmed for your desired class date, no refund will be available.  Limited to 12 students

Our classes are conducted in a retreat, workshop environment.  Wholesome snacks that include fruit, vegetables, cheese, crackers are provided as well as frequent breaks  (about every hour for 10 minutes).

Due to schedule changes resulting from unforeseeable weather conditions, etc. a class may begin within 1 to 2 weeks from scheduled start date.

          Reservations and Cancellation Policy

Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to the Cancellation Policy listed below. You agree that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Following a reservation, you will receive by mail, fax or e-mail:

·  An letter of confirmation, unless otherwise indicated

·  Directions to the class location

·  Information regarding how to prepare for the class

·  Other pertinent information pertaining to your class

You will need to hold your reservation with a credit card guarantee. All credit cards are run immediately for the classes you wish to purchase. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Money orders. We will accept a personal or company check, but it must be in our possession no later than 24 hours after you make your reservation. Upon payment your seat is definite and secured thus-non-refundable.

Notice of Cancellation For First-Time Enrollees:
In the event that your personal availability precludes you from attending, and/or you must cancel, you will not hold Rapid Spanish responsible. We do not refund tuitions for cancellations unless prior arrangements are made before first day of class. No exceptions.
Also, certain times of the year require more time to fill a class, upon occasion, six to eight weeks. If a class does not begin on your desired date, or the date for which you initially enrolled, as a result of an insufficient (eight needed) number of enrollees you will not hold Rapid Spanish liable.  Rescheduling and make-ups will be available if you have discussed your stringent schedule prior to class with the Rapid Spanish representative who initially enrolled you.
